1. Product Shipping
Michno System T Sp. z o.o. delivers ordered products within the territory of the Republic of Poland and – upon the Client’s request – also abroad.
Available delivery methods:

courier shipment,

postal shipment,

parcel locker shipment,

personal pickup at the company's headquarters: ul. Główna 66, 90-041 Gałków Duży.
The order processing and delivery time is specified in the description of each Product. In the case of personal pickup, the Client will be informed when the goods are ready for collection.
Shipping costs are shown during the ordering process and added to the total order amount. For orders exceeding PLN 300 gross, delivery costs are covered by the seller.
The total cost of the order includes the gross product price and the shipping cost (if applicable).
2. Product Return – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, a Client who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must submit an unequivocal statement to the Seller (e.g., by sending an email to: office@michnosystem.pl or by traditional mail to the company's address: ul. Główna 66, 90-041 Gałków Duży).
The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, however, the Seller may withhold the refund until the returned Product has been received or the Client provides proof of its return – whichever occurs first.
The Client bears the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal from the contract.
3. Complaints
All products offered in the store are brand new and covered by the Seller’s liability for physical or legal defects under the provisions of the Civil Code. Complaints can be submitted:

- in writing to: Michno System T Sp. z o.o., ul. Główna 66, 90-041 Gałków Duży.
The complained product should be returned to the above address along with a description of the defect and contact details. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
