Terms and conditions of use

§ 1 Preliminary Provisions

1. The online store Michno System, available at www.michnosystem.pl, is operated by Michno System T Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Gałków Duży, ul. Główna 66, 90-041 Gałków Duży, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the NCR under number KRS 0001173106, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00, NIP 7282897848, REGON 541752712.

2. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and Entrepreneurs using the Store and define the rules for using the online store as well as the terms and procedure for concluding Distance Sales Agreements with the Customer via the Store.

§ 2 Definitions

1. Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract with the Seller within the Store, the subject of which is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

2. Seller – Michno System T Sp. z o.o., based in Gałków Duży, ul. Główna 66, 90-041 Gałków Duży, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the NCR under number KRS 0001173106, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00, NIP 7282897848, REGON 541752712.

3. Customer – any entity making purchases through the Store.

4. Entrepreneur – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, to which a separate law grants legal capacity, conducting business activity in their own name and using the Store.

5. Store – the online store operated by the Seller at www.michnosystem.pl.

6. Distance Agreement – an agreement concluded with the Customer without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using means of remote communication.

7. Terms and Conditions – these Store regulations.

8. Order – the Customer’s declaration of will aiming to conclude a Sales Agreement for the Product(s) with the Seller.

9. Account – the Customer’s account in the Store.

10. Registration Form – a form enabling the creation of an Account.

11. Order Form – a form enabling the placement of an Order.

12. Cart – a component allowing the selection of Products for purchase.

13. Product – a movable item available in the Store which is the subject of the Sales Agreement.

14. Sales Agreement – a contract for the sale of a Product concluded through the Store.

§ 4 Technical Requirements

§ 5 General Information

1. The Seller is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure.

2. Browsing the Store’s assortment does not require creating an Account. Purchases can be made with or without registration.

3. Prices listed in the Store are gross prices in Polish zloty (PLN).

4. The total price includes the Product price and delivery cost.

§ 6 Creating an Account

1. The Account is created via the Registration Form.

2. The Account is free of charge.

3. The Customer can delete the Account at any time.

§ 7 Order Placement Rules

1. Select a Product and add it to the Cart

2. Fill in the Order Form

3. Choose delivery and payment method

4. Place the order and make the payment

§ 8 Delivery and Payments

1. Available delivery methods:

   • Courier

   • Parcel locker delivery
   • Personal pickup at company headquarters

2. Available payment methods:

   • Bank transfer

   • PayU

Delivery available in Poland and abroad.

§ 9 Contract Execution

1. The contract is concluded after the Order is confirmed by the Seller.

2. Delivery time is indicated in the Product description.

3. In case of personal pickup, the Customer will be notified when the Product is ready for collection.

4. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from order confirmation and payment posting, unless otherwise stated in the Product description.

§ 10 Right of Withdrawal

1. The Consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract.

2. The statement can be sent by e-mail or post.

3. Refunds will be made within 14 days.

§ 11 Complaints and Warranties

1. Products are new.

2. Complaints can be submitted via email or in writing.

3. Complaint items should be sent to the Store’s address.

4. The Seller considers complaints within 14 days.

5. Complaints can be sent to: office@michnosystem.pl or by post to the company’s address.

§ 12 Out-of-court Complaint Handling

1. Details available on the UOKiK website.

2. Consumers may use mediation or arbitration.

§ 13 Personal Data

1. The data administrator is the Seller.

2. Data is processed for contract execution and – with consent – for marketing purposes.

§ 14 Final Provisions

1. Contracts are concluded in Polish.

2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions.

3. In matters not covered, Polish law shall apply.
